    Critic Tech offers digital and professional services which begin once the project scope, timeline, and payment terms are agreed upon. Since our services involve time, planning, and digital work, refunds are processed only in specific cases outlined in this policy.
  • 2. Cancellation Policy
    Before Project Work Begins:
    If a client requests cancellation before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

    After Project Work Has Started:
    Once planning, design, development, setup, or consultation has begun, no full refund will be provided. Cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case, and any refund amount depends on work completed.

    Non-Cancellable Services:
    • Domain, hosting, SSL, or third-party purchases
    • Custom web development work
    • Digital marketing campaigns
    • Graphic, video, and branding work
    • Any services delivered in digital format

    Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:

    Delivery timelines depend on client inputs, approvals, and technical requirements. Delays caused by the client (late content, no response, major changes) do not qualify for refunds.
